Shipping policy

Any shipped items that have tracking included is eligible for replacement if it is LOST by the carrier. If claims of lost packages or undelivered packages but tracking shows delivery must wait 5 business days for packages to show up. if no packages show up I may choose to replace the package at my discretion. customer may need to repay for shipping.

Shipments to outside the USA may be subject to VAT/taxes and are the responsibility of the buyer. no vat/taxes are collected at the time of purchase.
